- Caste Certificate
- APGLI Bond.
- Scanned SSC certificate/ SR Extract
- Photo in SR at the Time of Joining
- PAN Card

How to Login for Scanned Documents for Employee Personal Details updation
You can follow the instructions below to log in for scanned documents;
- Input CFMS ID (8 digits).
- Visit the Employee services link in the CFMS site at https://cfms.ap.gov.in
- The registered mobile number will auto-populate based on the CFMS ID entered.
- Mobile number change will be allowed.

- Input your user and password in the space given.
- After logging in, employees can change their password if required.
- Next, access the drawing and disbursing officer after the employee’s final authorization.
- If you forget your password, check your mobile number updated in your last login’s residence details.
- Once your phone number is not changed, your password will be reset to your CFMS ID.

Process to login e-Service register at ESR portal
The Andhra Pradesh Finances Department has used APCFSS to log in to the e-service book website. Users can avail this platform to check on their related services by following the steps below;
- Move to the CFMS Employee services website via https://cfms.ap.gov.in
- Search and choose the ‘’AP ESR ‘’ option on the menu page.
- Fill in your CFMS ID and password to continue.
- Press the login button and avail of the ”Change Password” option to update the password.
- You will be taken to a new page with the e-service Book entry after a successful login process.

Ways to Update E-Service Book at e SR Portal
Through the e-service Registration portal, employees can get access to enter or view the employee’s service details like personal details, pay drawn details, leave details, etc. You can follow the mentioned steps to update the service book;
- Navigate to the official website of the Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS) at https://cfms.ap.gov.in on your device.
- Press on the AP ESR link in the menu section.
- A new employee service book web portal will be displayed on the screen.
- Input your CFMS ID and password in the necessary field.
- Proceed to the login button.
- After logging in, you will be taken to the new web page that contains the e-service book entry link on the left side.
- Browse down the page starting with part (1) to part (11) and other details. Lastly, you can check details and update thee necessary details.
Instructions to follow After the ESR Login Process
You need to check the steps below in three different levels the employee level, DDO level, and Head office level;
At Employees level
- All the employees need to submit their details through the e-service book entry from parts 1 to 12.
- After that, you can check and verify the sub-menu. The employee needs to confirm the information using Biometrics.
- The employee’s details which were confirmed will be forwarded to the next level i.e. to their respective DDO’s login.
At DDO Level
The DDO has to submit the employee service details as mentioned below;
- The Concerned DDO will receive the employee’s list of services for confirmation from the respective person.
- The DDO has to check through the details of each employee with references to the ESR including the employee service register.
- Verify it using the biometric authentication process.
- Lastly, all the details under the DDO will be taken in the Head office login for further process.
At the Head Office Level
- The Head Office needs to access the viewed and confirmed submenus.
- The head office will check each employee’s service details after confirmation by the DDO and later the Head Office.
